Peace Matters
Aintree Action for Justice + Peace
seeks to contribute towards a just peace
by promoting constructive, creative and co-operative
approaches to the resolution of conflict
and the reduction of violence.
These activities are aimed to achieve the following goals:
To equip and empower individuals and groups with the skills to
settle community, political and social conflict constructively, and to participate in national and regional peace initiatives
To promote public awareness of the value and practice of
constructive conflict resolution
To contribute towards an understanding of conflict and violence amongst ourselves, and possibly the wider community
